These conditions govern the use of our SCADA integration services, including multi-sensor processing loops and redundant PLC systems for metallurgical furnace control.
Multiconvergent provides design, implementation, and maintenance of centralized control loops and redundant programmable logic controllers for real-time temperature management in smelting furnaces. This includes sensor fusion, PLC programming, and system integration with existing plant infrastructure.
The client must provide accurate furnace specifications, access to existing control cabinets, and a stable power supply. Any modifications to the sensor layout or PLC logic after deployment must be communicated in writing. Multiconvergent is not liable for pre-existing wiring faults or unapproved changes.
Multiconvergent's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for production losses, molten metal spills, or downtime caused by sensor drift, thermocouple failure, or external electrical surges. The redundant PLC switchover is tested under lab conditions; field performance depends on site-specific grounding and shielding.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Multiconvergent will provide a backup of all PLC logic and configuration files. The client must return any proprietary hardware loaned during the project. No refunds are issued for completed integration work.
These terms may be updated at any time. Registered clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
